Shine Like A Diamond Initiative is driven by a heartfelt mission: to improve the quality of life for individuals with autism and special needs by sharing knowledge through lived experience, fostering inclusivity, and providing practical, life-changing solutions. We believe in the power of real stories, genuine connections, and compassion-led support to empower individuals and their families to navigate their unique journeys with confidence and hope.

We aim to organise workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to increase understanding of autism and neurodivergent conditions in society.
We share knowledge about the autism spectrum disorder and other complex needs, emphasising the importance of early intervention. recognising the signs early can make all the difference in a child's journey.

Support for Families
We aim to establish partnerships with other organisations, educational institutions, and the healthcare sector to work together toward improving the quality of life for those on the spectrum.
We offer support programs for families and care givers of individuals living with neurodivergent conditions, offering support groups, counseling, and access to resources that empower more independent living.

Our Founder
Founder of the Shine Like a Diamond initiative, Priscilla, a devoted mum, pours her heart into fostering a sense of community where families can find guidance, understanding, and the deep comfort of belonging. Motivated by deep empathy and a desire to make a meaningful difference, she launched Shine Like a Diamond Initiative to empower parents and caregivers through resources, support, and advocacy.
Priscilla's goal is to create an inclusive, compassionate space where families of autistic children and other complex needs can connect, learn, and celebrate their children’s unique strengths. Through workshops, community events, and online resources, she hopes to foster a more understanding and supportive world for individuals with neurodivergent conditions and their families.
